Some rules for translation

The international and also European rules, which are laid down in CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations (ISO/IEC Directives), determine, inter alia, the rules on writing standards. It helps to know these rules when translating into Slovenian, especially the meaning of modal verbs (179 kB) shall, should, may, can, etc.
