MARKING OF
SLOVENIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS
The mark of an original Slovenian national standard consists of the
abbreviation SIST and a numeric code, as follows:
SIST XXXX
When an international, European or other national standard is transposed,
the abbreviation SIST is prefixed to the original mark of the transposed
standard.
Example:
SIST ISO 710-6
SIST EN 1080
SIST DIN 1995-1
The reference mark of a standard consists of two parts: the Slovenian
standard's mark and the corresponding year of issue of the standard. A colon
separates the two parts. The date of issue is the date of availability of
the standard.
Example:
SIST 1018:1995
SIST ISO 710-6:1995 (based on ISO 710-6:1984)
When making reference to or stating standards without the year of issue, the
last issue shall be considered.
MARKING OF AMENDMENTS
AND CORRIGENDA
An amendment or a corrigendum to a Slovenian standardization document is
marked as follows:
Ax (amendment)
ACx (corigendum)
Examples:
SIST 1001:1996/A1: 2001
SIST 1001:1996/A2:2002
SIST 1001:1996/AC1:2002
When transposing an
amendment or corrigendum to an international, European or other national
standardization document, which has already been adopted as a Slovenian
national standard, the mark of the original amendment or corrigendum is
preserved and the year of adoption is added.
Examples:
EN 139:1994
SIST EN 139:1998
EN 139:1994/A1:1998
SIST EN 139:1998/A1:2000
ISO 31-0:1992
SIST ISO 31-0:1999
ISO 31-0:1992/AMD1:1998
SIST ISO 31-0:1999/AMD1:2001
