standards is not permitted; they are available exclusively as national
standards, SIST EN, DIN EN etc., whereas copies of prEN are for sale.

made in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail ). The subsequently sent
master copy of the order form must bear a note stating the initial order
and a precise address for the invoice, with a nine-digit VAT number.
