DOORS OPEN DAY 2006  This
year, the Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST) decided to
organize its Doors Open Day in connection with the European Photo
Exhibition which will be running from 8th May to 22nd May 2006 in the hall
of the BTC City building in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The doors of SIST, located on the 3rd floor of the BTC
building on Smartinska 140 in Ljubljana, will open to the public on 16th
May 2006. The aim of Doors Open Day 2006 is to promote the activities of
national standardization, inform the public about the advantages of
participation in standardization, and encourage them to make use of
national standards and SIST services. We kindly invite you to visit and
join us in our short presentations on standardization running from 11.00
to 11.30 am and from 1.00 to 1.30 pm on 16th May.
From 9.00 am to 3.00 pm, all visitors will also have the
chance to see our offices and learn more about the activities of the
Slovenian Institute for Standardization.
