Notification of Slovenian documents (WTO/TBT)

Pursuant to a governmental Decree, the relevant authorities who start the preparation of a document in the field of technical regulations, standards or conformity assessment procedures, shall  notify the Inquiry Point of the Slovenian Institute for Standardization (WTO/TBT Contact Point) to that effect, and also estimate whether the document should be notified to the other WTO Member States as well.

Notifications of foreign documents (WTO/TBT)

The SIST Inquiry Point (WTO/TBT Contact Point) may deliver to the interested parties detailed information on the documents which have been notified to SIST by other WTO Member States under the TBT Agreement.
