A client service called "Monthly novelties in standards of chosen profiles" is available to those of our customers who frequently apply standards. According to indications given in the inquiries, a corresponding number of profiles is designed (areas designed on the basis of the criteria for the requested field of standards), together with the preparation of profiles and a basic list of standards, which can be further upgraded; this service is invoiced according to the rates for topical inquiries. All further refreshments of the data, which are provided on a monthly basis, are comprised in the price of yearly subscription according to the rates. The subscription includes 12 monthly notifications of changes, which are taken from of the Perinom database for foreign standards, and from the SIST database for the Slovenian Standards, both databases being updated once a month. Information about all new, changed, amended and withdrawn standards within the chosen areas is provided, together with the sales information (number of pages and price class). The  International Classification of Standards (ICS) can be used as a tool in choosing the corresponding area.

A customer service called "Reference to standards in technical regulations" is also available, which comprises a list of all technical regulations issued in the Republic of Slovenia since 1995, and a list of the standards these regulations make reference to. A table on electronic format is updated and refreshed once a month and sent to the customers. This service is invoiced in the same way as the yearly subscription, per profile.

Regular following of the validity of standards is enabled through a service called "Periodic novelties in standards from a chosen list" On the basis of a list of the standards being applied, which is provided by the customer, we provide information on their validity, new issues, changes, amendments, withdrawals, and the replacement standards. The most convenient way of providing the list is through a table containing the designations of the standards and the years of issue, and additional two columns for data on the validity and notes, respectively. In this service, the period for updating can be optionally defined by the customer (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).
