The Inquiry Point often receives inquiries which refer to standardization documents, conformity assessment procedures and technical regulations in force abroad. Many of these questions can be answered by the Contact Point, by means of the available databases, while in numerous cases we utilize a net of contact points operating in many countries worldwide under the WTO/TBT Agreement. In this way we have access to the latest information on the validity of existing documents and regulations, as well as information on the documents being prepared in individual countries, for which  our exporters will need to be prepared. The average response time depends on the time needed to get the responses from abroad, of which the customer is duly informed during the time of waiting for a response to the inquiry.
