General

To register for a seminar or workshop, select the
seminar or workshop from the Seminar and Workshop Calendar,
complete the registration form and send it:

 The
number of participants is limited.

Registration forms will be processed if received at
least five days prior to the date of the event or until the number of
places available is filled.

The registration form will be considered as a formal
order.

Participation fee
-
For participation fee, check the
Seminar and Workshop Calendar. The participants are requested
to pay the fee three days prior to the seminar/workshop (Transaction
account: 01100-6030348413, ref. 00-53 – tax number of
participant organization).

The participation fee covers seminar or workshop
handouts, refreshments during the break(s) and participation
certificates.

Discounts
-
SIST members are entitled to a 20% discount, whereas
other organizations are offered discounts on basis of the number of
participants they register for the seminar or workshop.

and workshops.

Cancellation policy
-
To receive a full refund, you must cancel your
registration at least three days prior to the start date of the
seminar or workshop. No refunds will be provided for cancellations
requested less than three days prior to the start date of the event.

In the unlikely event that SIST must cancel a seminar
or workshop, the customers will have the option of a full refund or
transfer to an alternative available seminar or workshop.
